This is food for your face! I have really dry and maturing skin, and spend lots of time outside, so when I get a facial my esthetician ALWAYS comments on how dry I am. After a year of that, I developed this formula. I don't even use it daily, but the last time I went for a facial, she remarked about how hydrated my face was and wondered what I'd been doing. Uh huh!
I’ve selected a range or herbs and oils that are *known to nourish and renew by reducing inflammation, fine lines, and promoting cell regeneration and skin repair.
The nourishing base is Coconut, Olive and Sunflower oils, solar infused with Comfrey, Chamomile, Calendula, Arnica and Plantain (herb-not banana).
Combined with oils of
*Jojoba (contains vitamin E & B-Complex to help repair, anti-inflammatory, helps to reduce chapping, and redness, reduces effects of eczema and rosacea),
*Neem (protects against damage caused by UV rays, deeply penetrates to restore moisture, enhances elasticity, smooth wrinkles, & stimulates collagen production)
*Carrot Seed (repairs skin damage, tones muscles and tissue, tightens skin to prevent it from sagging)
*Rosehips (full of fatty acids and Vitamin A, moisturizes, promotes skin regeneration, can improve skin flexibility and permeability, improves skin texture and reduces the appearance acne scars.)
and essential oils of Lavender, Ginger and Frankincense. Also contains beeswax and vitamin E oil.
After washing, and while face is still a little damp, apply lightly to entire face and neck. If it soaks right in, apply another light layer. This is, ideally, done before bed, since cell regeneration happens while we snooze.
